A Nordic Day Spa is under contract to purchase the private property in the middle of Arrowhead Golf course (the Red Rocks) where they plan to build a facility that will include a Bistro with alcohol, a parking lot, locker rooms, pools and potential banquet facilities.

Why Should YOU Care?

A commercial entity, like what we experience today with Arrowhead Golf course, will increase our traffic, negatively impact the safety of our properties and wildlife, and any kind of emergency evacuation we may have in the future amongst other issues.  The promotion of a Nordic Day Spa, once they are in business, will bring much more awareness of our little oasis to potential crime and impact our safety.

What We Are Asking You To Do NOW?

• Sign our petition so we can keep you updated on the status of this property.

• Send letters of your opposition to our Douglas County Commissioners asking them to vote NO to rezone the property for commercial use.

• Tell your neighbors about Save Our Rox and these actions items.

• Donate to Save Our Rox to help us get the word out.
